In a corner of a residential area, a signboard on a ramshackle shed reads “Prince Shotoku’s Restaurant. It is a restaurant where no customers ever come. It is a “delivery-only” restaurant where one chef manages 10 different genres of cuisine. The restaurant serves not only Japanese, Western, and Chinese food, but also responds to requests from all over the world, and has developed a menu that covers every genre, from rice bowls and junk food to sweets. The chef in the kitchen is a young man with excellent technique. At his restaurant, instead of customers, deliverymen come to pick up the food.
